We got a change of ownership on friday, 1.11. And could activate our phone on monday. But nothing happened. We are still without phone and internet and I spend monday nearly the whole day on the phone with telkom and got transfered from one department to another and nobody can help me. Now the techs say they are testing, but nothing happens. My reference number is 428BNK041113. It already escalated! I really want my phone on and the internet!
