I've been billed incorrectly on my new contract, the agent told me i will only start paying for my new phone in Dec 2013 but i've been billed double from Oct 2013. I've been trying to fix this from end of Oct. The agent sent me an email explaining how much i should pay for the end of Oct which i did. Now im getting emails, sms telling me that my line will be disconnected if i dont make a payment. I even have the proof and yet im told another story. I regret upgrading my contract with Nashua.
