Add on divece charged

I received a sms from Telkom stating I can upgrade. I went in and received my phones the same day. I asked Dorothy if there are any cost that I should be aware of for the upgrade. A few times I asked her the same question. her reply was NO. they refuse to refund me for the add on device for 2 months for 2 phones.

Please help
