I reported a new faulty cell phone on Tuesday the 29th October and the promised from you Vodacom was to collect the phone within 48 hours and we are now approaching December and i have not heard any reply from you.
Is this how your treat your customers when you know they signed a 24month contract?
I am now paying for a cell phone that i can't use and u seem like you dont care.
With so many service providers i will advice my friends, family members, social club members, Facebook friends, twitter friends about your bad service and we all know what the consequences will be.
