Ever since my upgrades on 23 October i have had issues with vodacom. First it was upgrade and delivery and now it is billing. I am now being billed for the upgrade that was never meant to be. I was assured by vodacom that i would not be billed for it and that it had been cancelled and now they just going to help themselves via debit order. I called yesterday at 9:17 and spoke to Crystal she promised that i would receive a call back within 24 max 48 hrs. However i am pretty sure that they do now work on Saturdays. Please Ikraam Abrahams if you could call me back and sort out the bill for me as well as I do not intend on paying for something i dont have.
