I have a billing query on my account.

This is the 2nd time i am querying this matter with vodacom. Their 1st responce are that i am to register for itemised billing at an extra charge if i want to know what numbers are being used. I am the only person that have access to my phone as it is locked with a password.

On my account it reflects that i am sending international sms's and is charged every month between R30 and R60 for international sms's send.

I am definitely not sending these sms's and need this matter to be investigated as i am obliged to pay for something that i am not doing.

when i check my call and message log for the past 2 months i do not see any international numbers on there.

I want the charges to be refunded...
