It is pathetic that the so claimed Afrihost has very bad incompetent service desk consultants that do not know what they are doing. it has been three weeks now since we requested a domain name transfer and they can't just do the right thing, they keep lying to us at the end they are the service provider and they should know better. i have spoken with their consultants numerous times and they really don't listen they think they know better when they cant even do a simple request. if you by any chance want to be involved with them, just know that their service delivery is bad it takes ages but you keep paying for the services you are not getting. am so disappointed from their site they seem to be well established firm but they are not as good as they advertise.
