I've gone on several occasions to your branches trying to get my number removed from your contracts list as I have cancelled this contract. I have reference numbers dating over months ago and yet when I manually try to get my BIS recharged im told im still your customer. This is infuriating considering each time I try calling your call centre 0860332244 I hold on for up to 10 mins before giving up or running out of airtime. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST.
