When praise is deserved it should be mentioned. I would like to thank Telkom for the excellent service rendered to me. On Thursday, 31 Oct I requested the transfer of my line on-line on the Telkom website. At 08h30 on Friday morning (1 Nov) an official contacted me to confirm receipt of my request and also to advise that the transfer will take place on the requested date. This was followed with a SMS. On Monday, 4 Nov I gain received a call to remind me of the swop. At 09h30 on Tuesday (5 Nov) the technician called to advise he is ready to complete the job. At 10h30 on Tuesday (5Nov) I made my first call. Well done Telkom! Keep the good word up.
