Contract cancellation

I was contacted by Nwabi Majodina on Saturday the 19th of October 2013 and was told that the request for cancellation of my data contracts with no further cost to my account will be forwarded to the Vodacom Accounts Department and that mentioned department would call me back within 72 hours. On Monday I received an sms asking me to rate the service I received from Nwabi Majodina but nothing from Vodacom Accounts Department up to date. Vodacom has since debited my account again this month as if nothing is wrong. Ignoring the problem is not the solution in this case. I told Vodacom that I lost faith in them and their service and I do not want their products anymore. Vodacom has a negative impact on my business and also on my children's education. I had to stop the service from the Maths company for my son because of the connectivity problem. My son keeps on getting bad revues from them because of Vodacom's unreliable internet. Vodacom has got a couple of smart people that works for them (like Tumelo Lebakeng) but Vodacom's reputation are dragging these great personalities down with Vadcom's bad service. COMPLY!
