Poor knowledge of how a simple contract works

After phoning cell c direct to do a upgrade i received my phone within 4 days! That's the good part!

I wanted a service to be added to my contract but the Call centre said that the phone had to be collected from me in order to redo the contract!!! I don't understand why because the contact was the same, the phone is the same!!!

!!! Train your staff to handle customers needs!!!

Anyway after waiting 40min before a human can pick up the phone i was told that i simply had to dial *147# to change the contract

So did they come take my phone away!!!

Now i have to re-order the phone and had to wait 1hour and 32min for a simple 5min contract to be settled!!!

LIKE!

Anyhow that phone better be with me before i go on leave or they can take the phone back and me and my friends and family will simply migrate to VODACOM!!!
