My husband is on a Cell C contract. I have a Vodacom contract, but Cell C is costing me money! I have to phone him soooo many times until I am finally lucky enough to get through to him and not his voicemail!!! So every time his phone goes through to voice mail I have to pay for 1 minute! Cell C service is up to... My husband has raised a concern with Cell C in February/ March 2013 and nothing has been done. Last week he phone to find out how to cancel his contract. A lady said Cell C has 72 hours to get back to him, but no reply what so ever! Today he phoned Cell C again to hear that they have to transfer the problem to the network guys. Sooo unacceptable! I know of a few friends and family member who have cancelled their Cell C contracts for the same reason. My husband has had complaints from his company because they are struggling to get hold of him, I am getting frustrated for getting through to voice mail, because of a poor network from Cell C. It is sooooo unacceptable!!
