NO SIGNAL ON BLACKBERRY

I have been having such a difficult time with my Blackberry 9790. I originally had a contract with Vodacom, but with no answer to my "NO SIGNAL" problem, I eventually had to go onto "HELLO PETER" to put forward my complaint. Vodacom eventually agreed to prematurely cancel my contract because I was basically receiving no service from them ie. I was unable to use my cell phone at home due to no signal. I have an even worse problem with my Cell C contract which has caused me to lose friends and family. Some of my friends think I don't want to talk to them because my phone goes straight voicemail every time they try to call. My phone is not off. I never switch it off! They also think I don't want to let them through the booms, when they visit, in the estate I live in because the security guards can't get hold of my cell number. My doctors try to call me and eventually give up and I only see on the phone the next day that they tried to call. It then takes me a few days to get hold of them which delays all my treatments. Even my sms's don't go through and of course no BBM's. My mother and sister have given up chatting to me as they're never sure if I will receive their sms's. Please help
