I requested that my Telkom ADSL line must get cancelled several times and everytime AFRIHOST wants to Migrate my lines they get this from Telkom:
"The active contract you have with Telkom is blocking the migration process."
Holding on for almost 45min the lady finally picked up and read the system notes that is not how I requested. Myself and Afrihost is trying more than 2 months to get this sorted.
Nobody knows what they do at Telkom.
