I have been trying for months to cancel my iBurst contract with Autopage. Last month I complained here on Hello peter and was later told that yes it would be cancelled and that there would be no additional costs as I had no hardware to pay and iBurst had the account on month to month. So this month I was surprised to see the normal monthly statement come through with no cancellation done. I phone the helpline and they cant find the cancellation request. This service is shocking!!! All I ask is that my rights in terms of the consumer protection act are met. However Autopage doesn't care and make promises they don't keep. I can see this is going to be another fight for the next weeks and I doubt any action. What poor customer service!!! Autopage should be ashamed.
