I booked my phone in for repairs on the 16th of September. To date, lots of empty promises and no phone. Its been 7 weeks! I want this contract cancelled as of 16 September. Raeez hastold me the phone would be ready for collection from last Thursday! If this contract is not cancelled by tomorrow, I'm approaching the CPA! Don't even have Blanche contact me as she's clearly in the wrong field!
