Unable to purchase after registering

I used purchase electricity online from [URL Removed] for years. This service was stopped at the end of April 2013 and transferred to [URL Removed] . I registered online with [URL Removed] in April and have now tried to purchase electricity 8 times tonight without success. The callcentre was very helpful but I am now told that I am a "high risk" customer as my email address is listed as a "free address" such gmail or hotmail. I have had a contract with MTNloaded since Nov 2007. This address is not a free address as it is listed with a company such as MTN. I did not know that MTNloaded was a high risk company!! I now have to supply a copy of my identity document and a copy of the front of my credit card before I can purchase electricity. This is an absolute farce as I have been purchasing electricity online for years from [URL Removed] without a single hitch. Unfortunately with only one supplier I am stuck with this problem!!
