One can only hope that IF Mtnloaded ever completes its upgrade which has been supposedly taking place since January that the service will improve. One is supposed to be able to access emails through [URL Removed] -what they omit to mention is that a load of time& patience is needed as this has to be the worst & slowest website imaginable. At the moment it is impossible to even access the website & the callcentre response is that it is a blt "Slow"
Come on Mtn- if your customers have to be inconvenienced by not being able to access emails via Outlook can you not try & ensure that the only option i.e. the website functions properly.
You certainly wn the prize for being the WORST EMAIL PROVIDER ON EARTH
