Based on CellC aggressive advertising I decided to move all my company phones from Vodacom to Cell C as there contracts expire. Thus far i have moved 2 and want to cancel the agreements and port back to Vodacom. Constant absence of network coverage, dropped calls calls not terminating, unable to connect to callers, missed calls happens everyday. Everyday. I cannot recall when last i was able to call and complete a conversation in one call. For the past two weeks constant "Not registered on network" messages. Meaning I cannot phone anybody, nor can anybody phone me. I don't even know how many business calls I have missed, I just know how many people I can't get through to.
I consider this breach of contract as I have a fair expectation to have a service and am paying for it monthly. Direct cost - cheaper. Indirect cost to me - cannot calculate but substantial.
They can have the phones back. They are misleading the public.
