ADT repeatedly gets the billing incorrectly. I signed a contract for 24 months @ R 320 per month. I had repeated problems where ADT billed me incorrectly. I want my contract cancelled ASAP.
My debit order went off this month and I was disgusted to see that ADT billed me R 609.35 instead of R 320 as per contract.
It is unlawful and unethical. Please re-imburse the difference with interest. I don't care - you'll were given enough warnings. And don't give me any that you'll will amend at the next billing. Deposit the money immediately.
Imagine how many people don't check their accounts and get ripped off on a monthly basis.
