DISGUSTING SERVICE

4th time in 2 weeks my cell phone has been suspended by altech autopage. no error on my side. money deposited into account allocated but incorrectly done by there department in the beginning of august. last month direct debit order done by auto page off my account, so not owing any money but still my phone gets suspended. i have had about 8 sms messages telling me to pay or they are going to report me to credit burea and suspend me. i phone immediately and explain everyting to them and e-mail and they apologise and say they will rectify it. 15 minutes later the phone is suspended. i have been put through to there billing department, customer department, financial department and collection department which was supposed to be the manager and still tonight my phone has been suspended again. any advice to whom i can actually speak to???
