Bad attitude and ignorance to contract

After giving 1 month notice and receiving acknowledgement, money still gets deducted from my account. When I phoned them I got a ref number and amount that will be re-reimbursed. After not receiving the money as promised, I phone again and spoke to a Wayne who feels no client deserves to speak to him. He will not give his surname, does not have a manager and its good practice to put a phone down in your ear. I called again to be put through to accounts and after 18 minutes holding to speak to a manager the phone was still not answered. Do not believe their cover area they give on their website, its not the truth. If you want to waste money, join Iburst. Worse client service I have ever come across.
