We have had shocking service from Telkom! Telkom has decided to replace the cables in our street, they did so without any notice whatsoever. We as a company had discovered this as we realized our ADSL line as well as our phone lines are completely off!! we had to use a mobile phone to try sort the problem out. They then sent out a technician by the name of Tebogo who was supposed to have fixed it. We have now been without our phone line for 5 days. We as a business deserve warning as well as a explanation as to why we were not informed.
We have spoken to a number of people at the Telkom call center yet nobody can help us. In the past 5 days we have logged 8 calls of which 2 were answered.
