Bad Service & Rudeness of Iburst cutomer service

I've had a contract with Iburst for 24months, last month they called to check if I would like to renew it. I told them no, but still this morning they debit money from my account and when I call to get clarification only answered by rude people (three of them that I spoke to). Instead of cancelling the contract they've put it on a month to month which we never agreed on. I don't remember pay-as-you-go being paid by debit order. Now I have to give them a month notice for them to cancel expired contract. I wonder how many customers Iburst will be able to keep
