My name is Adolphine Sepeng I had a problem where by some money was deducted from my account mistakenly and I called your call centre 0861114666 option 3 and spoke to plenty of your agents who tried to assist BUT MY BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT for the 3rd time is when I called and the lady by the name of Jasmine answered the phone, SHES RUDE, ILL-MANNERED AND DEFINETELY NOT A PERSON FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very concerned about other client like myself who their call will get through to her cause they won't get service nor joy. Simple request to give her my other number as my phone is off now and she tells me she can't take my other number cause she has my number. The other time I asked her what's her surname and she told me she doesn't give out her surname. Who the is she??? Which criteria was used to hire her? Clearly not customer service cause she's not clued up on how to speak to clients.
