ICASA repossessed IBursts equipment due to money owed to them and connection has been a jokes ever since. IBurst fails every time to contact me or sort out my problem; it has been 2 months since anyone has contacted me. I have reversed 2 debit orders already but still no contact. I am now going to cancel my contract and pay in a cancellation fee; I would rather pay it then sit with more problems and pathetic service from them. I advise everyone to leave IBurst as they are getting worse and worse. I have been a client with IBurst for more than 5 years now and there is no business commitment to the client. I don't understand how a working business like that can go from 1 of the top 5 ISP's in South Africa to being a 3rd rate money grubbing, apathetic company. I know IBurst won't reply to HelloPeter.com but if I can spare someone else from using them; then I won't feel so frustrated about my situation.
