I have just signed on 2 new contracts with Cell C and the passed 2 days there has been no, 3G
As a result nothing can be used, this has interrupted the running of my company as we need internet
for emails to be active. I have called on numerous occasions and nobody is interested in helping. My data does not carry over for one of my contracts and as a result I have forfeited that because today is the 1st of November, I was unable to use my data because of the problem. Once again the only people that gains is CELL C.
This is unacceptable service from a so called service provider, I have 4 contracts in my household, I hope that somebody would have the decency to revert back to me from Cell C with some sort of solution.
