Poor Service

On 20/01/2013 I brought in my watch to replace the belt. I was told that this would take 3-6 weeks. on 17/03/2013 I went back to the store to follow up as it had been two months and no one had contacted me. Thandi (the assistant) said that she would call Cape Town and call me the following day. I never received a call from Thandi, instead I got an sms that said that CPT received the belt on 15/03/2013 and Woodmead branch would call CPT on 20/03/2013 to find out when the watch would be sent back to Woodmead. today is 24/04/2013 more than 3 months since I took my watch in for the belt to be replaced. I called the Woodmead and they told me that the watch has arrived. Noone bothered to inform me that the watch has arrived. I spoke to Jemina who could not tell me when the watch arrived in Woodmead. she said she would call me back in 5 minutes and I am still waiting. horrible customer service!!
