Once again our Telkom line is out due to a lightning strike on the 16th Sept. I reported it on the 17th and get a sms with reference number. To date still no service on the line, no feedback from Telkom and if I try to log a fault on internet it states there is already an open fault logged so I cannot log another. I refuse to contact Telkom via my cell as you just speak to a machine. I wish they would have a call centre where one speaks to a PERSON. Can I please get someone to contact me and advise on the status of this fault.
Telkom you really need to sort out your fault feedback service. A simple daily sms or a call from a PERSON would put you up with those that supply good after sales service.
I refuse to pay any form of rent and should be credited with ADSL usage as from the 16Th Sept till the date this fault is resolved.
