Bad Service

We had Telkom install a adsl Line and phone line. Struggling two weeks to connect to internet. Had Modem swoped. Still not working. Spend close to eight hours with call centre. Call centre said there s a problem in the area, all is offline and will be back on Monday. Still no internet. Neigbour's internet is working. Had two IT experts at my house. Still no internet. I Want to cancel all with Telkom but call centre says it takes 30 days to cancel and a agent will contact me. Strange how they install within 2 days but it takes 30 Days to cancel. I would like to go over to another service provider that actualy works and gives me service.
