4 weeks ago my phone started to experience a problem with network when i was home, i spent most of my time at home, worse part i run business with my smart phone and for the past 4 weeks i couldnt send or receive email, couldnt access any internet, or send or receive whats up messages due to network. i called MTN coverage department almost every 2 days and i was told my tower that supplies my network is under repaires and it will be sorted soon, i asked them to give me a dead line and they said they cant. i told them the negative impact i have on this problem and i suggested they supply me with a network cable at my house as temporary and the lady said it cannot be done however i should leave my details for someone to obtain more information to me, until today, it is now week 4 and i am facing same situation. MTN is still debiting my account as normal. Tower in question is 4650. I am now tired of calling MTN since they are not doing anything about my situation i therefore request Hello peter to assist me cancel my contract so that i can use Vodacom or Cell C . i cannot afford to have a phone that does not operate when i am home.
