I have been having network problem and its 3 weeks now, when i am home my phone is always on voice, cant access internet, my phone has network but its not working. I called Mtn 173 number for several times and we did the settings and still no luck. I called again and they say i must do swim swop and i did that but no luck, they gave me the 0839001212 number and i called them they gave me reference number and case number and they say they get back to me and yes the other lady did called me and she says the coverage help desk want to come to my place so i must call the 0839001212 number which i did call and i spoke to the other guy he said i must switch my phone on and off and i told him i did that many times he says there is nothing he can do. I called them again today and the guy says he send through my complain to somebody else which i doubt they will help me as i have been calling and they telling me stories. Hope you can help. Thanks
