Pathetic network coverage and bad after sales serv

I recently switched from vodacom to cell c as cell c was offering much better rates. However, I didnt realise that cheaper network rates meant inferior network. I live 20km out of delmas. At home I have decent network coverage. During the week I work in delmas. This is where I have a huge problem. The network coverage in delmas is almost nonexistent. It is very rare that I can make and receive calls and sms, using the internet is not even an option. I have reported the problem to cell c customer care. They were very quick in getting back to me. I had to fill out a network investigation form and forward back to them. Not having access to a pc with internet, this took a while to finally get completed correctly. They provided me with an alternative email address to forward the form to [Email Removed] however this email address does not exist. I mailed the correspondent again querrying this but have not had a response from them again. Whats the point having a phone during the day when you cannot use it? Had I known about this bad service from cell c I would never have signed a contract with them. I advise whoever I kmow not to make the same mistake I have. Rather spend extra on vo
