I am still waiting for a courier to come and collect my faulty phone, and give me a new one, how long at will still take, a year, while I am being charged for a phone I can't use. This is very much unfair and, how can I work on a phone that is always on a charger. Since they sais someone from retentions will call me, I had ever since waited for the car, it is 3 weeks now!!!
