Billed Wrongly, account not updated

I have place Autopage on HelloPeter numerous times, still the end to useless service has not come! I recently got a new credit card which the Bank reminded me to update my card details with providers if there are debit orders coming off this account, so I did it online, for my past experiences I went to Autopage Greenstone Mall as to make sure the account details will be updated on both my contracts!! Wonderfull the one account payment went off my account on the 31 October and the other not!!! I replied to emails received from Autopage that changed has been done to confirm that payments will go correctly off my account, I replied 3 times, before I had a pathetic response telling me to submit the account details of my bank!! I asked you how the do they get this right??!!! I will not call there useless call centre, to do there work!!! I will not do their work!!! So now the one account is still not paid, and soon they will suspend my service!! Who is to blame??!! The %^&*() Autopage!!!
