Still nothing after four attempts

Within Autopage's account department, my credit details get used to make internet payments. Because of this I hade to get a new credit card (more than once this year). Complaining about this got no results, only interested in new banking details to get my money with no action to stop criminal activity within this company. Then decided to change the debit order to my current account, faxed details on the 10th of June. Not captured, then received threatening SMS, phone and gave my banking details per phone last week Wednesday (Gail), again on Saturday. Today still nothing, except for receiving SMS about credit bureau threats and additional charges for SMS because AutoPage cannot capture my email address correctly after 18 years being with them. No more, when this contract end, I will never use you Autopage again.
