Autopage - billing issues YET AGAIN

17 Apr - SMS received advising credit card about to expire (debit order pd from this account). Called accounts, updated details. 17 Apr - SMS received advising banking details changed successfully.
24 Apr - SMS received - failed to submit payment. Called accounts again. Banking detail changes NOT DONE correctly. Assured that details changed correctly this time. Same day - account suspended due to non-payment. No Autopage, due to incompetence!! Am now billed for a reconnection fee. I demand a credit for the reconnection fee! Employ competent staff PLEASE!
