Where is the service and help from autopage

I opened a cellphone contract at autopage and selected my ABSA account for the debit order. it worked fine till i changed to a different bank with my salary. i then had to transfer money from my new account to ABSA so that the debit order can still go through. i went to my new bank and they changed the banking details at autopage for the debit order to my new account. we got a sms from autopage that said: thank you. we received the details for the new account. the next thing we received an sms to say that we must pay an amount into their account otherwise the line is to be cut off. so we pay the money on that same date by internet and still they suspend the line and the reconnected the line costing me another amount. i found out that they had the wrong account details when i phoned the so called customer service and the refered me back to the branch. i phoned the branch and the refered me back to the so called customer service. This is costing me a lot of extra money for somebody else's fault. i would like to write a long report but there is not enough space on this page. i don't know what to do about this service which is draining my money that i work hard for.
