Trouble with Autopage again, they only want money

Last year September I upgrade my Top Up 200 Contract with them, and the end of January I got an invoices stating that I owe them -R550.00. I know that my contract price went up but all of a suddent I was also charged parcial charges that was never explained to me what it is for when I upgraded. According to my contract I singed that day it stated nothing about such an amount, I have been phoning and emailing so I can get a credit because how can you charge a parcial charge just becasue they want to or the system does that. But it is never discussed with you when you upgrade at a store. This is not the first time I had trouble with Autopage. And the service you get from the is terible and if you dont pay the parcial charge they suspend your line. Why cant no one give me a valid reason for charing me a parcial charge as this is USELESS and BAD SERVICE. I cant wait to cancle my contract and go to a better supplier. And I want a credit!!! But they only send you to the store and the store says its Autoppage so I gusess this will never be resolved. Very Unhappy
