Incompetent and Useless Service

I have 3 numbers on my account and all 3 of them have been suspended. For what reason, I don't know.
I phoned the Call Centre to find out what is going on and the staff have such bad communication skills, I could not find out what I wanted. I just what to know what the current bill is for each number and find out which number could have possibly sent bill high enough to go over my credit limit.
I got frustrated with the First Representative and asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he would escalate and the she would phone me back.
I waited well over an hour and no call back.
I phoned again and spoke to a guy by the name of Mpho. He was just as useless as the first guy unless of course it was the same guy. He said the supervisor was not at her station.
MTN's Call Centre Service is full of incompetent & lazy staff. I want my situation to be sorted out immediately & your call centre does not facilitate efficient and useful service!!
