Call Centre Staff are Incompetent and Rude

I have been a client of Markham for almost 10 years now and will be cancelling my account as soon as my last payment goes off next month, and this is only due to the fact that the call centre that is hired to do the outbound marketing for Markham are incompetent and rude.

I got three calls yesterday regarding something that Markham was selling, and I told the first person that contacted me I wasnt interested for which she kindly said "Thank you for your time".
I then received two more calls after that, and didnt answer.

I then receioved a call at 20.35 in the evening asking me if I wanted the same product, for which I then asked why they are phoning me again after I said no earlier in the day, for which Naomi kept on interrupting me after I told her again that Im not interested. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she put the phone down, after she said I must speak to her supervisor.

I used to work in a call centre myself as a Financial Manager and I know exactly what these call centre's are capable of in terms of recordings of all calls and I would like the call recording checked and the supervisor of the staff member to call me and apologize for his rude staff.
