New product advertised - staff incompetant

I saw add in newspaper for a new product for vodacom something about a satelite dish through agri culture for farmers if you dont have good signal... the ad stated to phone 0821903 for more information. So i did great they gave me a ref number on he 28.10.2013 and stated in the mail they will phone me back within 48hrs... no luck no one phoned so i called again after 48hrs... now they are going to find out why no one has phoned me... but they promised someone will... so a week passed still no response... phoned again they guy does not even pick up the ref no apparently it does not excist but he will get his supervisor to phone me... guess what NO ONE PHONED ME... again 3 days later... so i phoned now spoke to GUGU ask to speak to his supervisor... no he is busy he will phone me back... yeah right like i did not hear that before... he does not even know about what im talking about... training??? no way he puts me on hold for a min or 2 but didnt ask me anythin when i asked him why he put me on hold i said he tried to see what my query was... just ask me how can you check something if you dont know anything about the cust... i know the calls are being recorded... still useless
