Bad service

I order an item 24th of November telephonically was told that it was dispatched on the 29th November and it should reach me by the 2nd November.

Since the 4th of December we have been phoning everyday to find out when the delivery will happen, the only answer we get is they don't have a contact number to phone there warehouse they cannot help us, I phoned on Wednesday afternoon furious and the supervisor assured me that they working on it he stated that the warehouse will contact me Yesterday 17.12.2013 . Needless to say i NEVER returned any phone calls

I phoned again today and requested to speak to the Supervisor Ishaam to assist me in getting this parcel delivered there will be NO ONE . he could to take my call because she was on lunch or tea or gone to a meeting and up to now I have received NO phone call back from her or her supervisor.

I will never advise anyone to buy from homechoice there call centre is a joke and there staff is useless. it is now 3 weeks that i am still waiting for home choice to make use of the telephoes to phone back there customers to tell them what is going on a bunch of useless people
