Resolved? How?

I have just received a follow up to my complaint about the service from Autopage from some-one called Marco Adonis who says this matter has now been resolved as per our telephone conversation. I have never had a call from this person. On Saturday morning, out of desperation, I went in to the branch and told the manager, Keith, that I wanted to cancel the two contracts as no-one at the branch could give me a date for the arrival of the phones closer than 'the festive season'. He then phoned some-one at head office and told me that there was no reason to cancel as the phones were on their way to the branch. He promised to phone me on Monday morning to let me know when they would be available, which he did not do, so I called him in the afternoon. He denied promising to call me and told me he still did not know the arrival date, so I asked him to get his manager, who he kept referring to, to call me, which she still has not done. So please could this Mr Adonis give me a genuine call and explain to me how this has been resolved. My number is 0795167949
