Incorrect billing and unresponsive call centre

I was charged for exceeding my data bundle. When I requested an itemised bill, it showed that I did not, in fact, exceed my limit. I queried the charge and was promised a response in 10 working days. Almost a month later and still no response.

I also have little to no signal in Sandton, a business hub in South Africa. When I questioned via e-mail why it was so bad I was instructed to call them when I'm in the area with the poor signal. Clearly they do not understand that you cannot make a call if you don't have signal. I explained to them that it was not possible, but no reply was received.
