I PHONED RUBEN ON 083 900 1212 COMPLAINING ABOUT BAD SIGNAL FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS IN THE HARTBEESFONTEIN AREA IN NORTH WEST. HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG ON THE SIGNAL OF THE TOWERS AND THAT IT IS THE BLACKBERRY PHONE ITSELF.
I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS BECAUSE MTN IS THE NETWORK PROVIDER. ANDI I AM EXPERIENCING SIGNAL COVERAGE PROBLEMS ON MY PHONE.
I AM WORKING ON A MINE AND ALL MY COLLEAGUES AT WORK IS EXPERIENCING THE SAME SIGNAL PROBLEMS WHO IS ALSO WITH MTN.
HE THEN TRANSFERRED ME TO A LADY IN ANOTHER DIVISION WHO CAN'T ASSIST ME.
THIS IS VERY POOR CLIENT SERVICE
