System not updating my payments

I've recently changed banking details and had my debit orders switched. I have two accounts with cell c and had to pay the money into their account which i did and sent through proof of payment, i am now receiving sms's non stop from cellc requesting that i pay my accounts. I resent the proof of payment as requested but still being harrased by cellc for payment.
The sms's threaten to disconnect my line and charge me an extra R70 for not payng them!? This had better not cause issues with my credit rating because I have done everything correctly.
