I am beyond annoyed with VODACOM!!! Surely when you upgrade you do not use your old phone well I don't, every month my phone bill is excessively high and I cant understand it, I looked on my account and you guys are still charging me for my BIS service after a year and a half??? I don't have a blackberry anymore surely you can see on your system I am using a galaxy S2... so you guys are practically my money and pocketing R60 every month. This is nonsense, I am really disappointed in your service and customer satisfactory, I am due in January for a upgrade and I will change to another provider.. ANNOYED...
