Poor Service response

I have a contract with RMCS and I can't get hold of them as my phone is not making any call and I was never told why. I can't get help from Vodacom as they are not having access in assisting me with the account on my number, 0827067564. Only RMCS can authorize any amendments on the phone.

I tried to call and send them messages but they don't respond.
