Unauthorised Billing

I supposedly subscribed to two services from Mira Networks.
I have no recollection of this and i wold not have done this willingly.
I demand this to end and to be refunded the amounts billed from me without my permission.
I do not have lots of money so Unnecessary spending is not a habit of mine.
this is completely unethical.
